Senior hurlers must plan without Darragh O’Connell again

Tue, 27th June 2017

Dublin hurlers will have to plan without both Darragh O'Connell (hamstring), Cian Boland (knee) and Cian Mac Gabhann (hamstring) for Saturday night's All-Ireland SHC qualifier against Laois in Parnell Park (7.0).

All three players are still on the injured list while Oisin Gough is a major injury concern, however, David O'Callaghan is back to full fitness.

Dublin manager Ger Cunningham is hoping fans flock to the Donnycarney venue on Saturday night and get behind his men.

"The way we’re looking at it, this is now a different competition, a new competition, and we’re delighted to have a home draw. Dublin GAA is going well at present so we’d hope for a good turn-out of home support for us on Saturday," says Ger.
