Dublin GAA Juvenile update : Monday May 21st

I attach the following fixtures:

CCC1 covering Tuesday May 22nd to Wednesday May 30th
Updated U9 Football Blitz details for Saturday May 26th ( changes in RED)
CCC2 covering the period Monday May 21st to Thursday May 31st

Re: U9 Football Blitz , each HOST CLUB to collect medals from the Reception in Parnell Park between 9.30am and 4pm.

Notification of CCC2 Referees:

The attached CCC2 fixtures are a point in time ( Monday morning May 21st).
It is the responsibility of the Home Mentor to make contact with the assigned Referee and follow the protocol if a referee is not available.
Currently we have a lot of mid week fixtures and Clubs are also bringing forward games.
The most up to date assigned Referee is always reflected on the website at https://www.dublingaa.ie/competitions/juvenile
As one can understand Referees are often replaced and CCC2 will assign a new referee which will be reflected on the website.
If your game doesn't proceed , the Home Mentor checks the website and makes sure the original referee or replacement is notified.
To many referees are turning up for mid week games ( coming straight from work ) only to find the game is not going ahead.
If a game doesn't proceed you email the details to juvresults@dublingaa.ie BUT this is separate and not connected to the notification of the referee.

No Referee available ProtocolAs per issued fixtures circulated each week (found at the top of each page and referring to Saturday / Sunday games) “if the referee not available, the mentor to text details to to 087-1856380 by 9.30am Thursday Morning”

In addition the following appears in CCC2 League Regulations:

The HOME team must contact the referee by Wednesday evening to ensure their availability. Should the referee not be available, the home team should text details to 087-1856380 in order to inform CCC2. A replacement referee will be allocated by CCC2 and will be reflected on https://www.dublingaa.ie/competitions/juvenile under the relevant league.
