Dublin GAA Juvenile update : Wednesday January 9th

Dublin GAA Juvenile update : Wednesday January 9th

Wed, 9th January 2019

CCC1 update:

I attach proposed football groupings for the U8, U9, U10 & U11 age groupings for the 2019 season based on entries received.

CCC1 ask Clubs to review and advise of changes by email from a Club Officer if in your team numbers are incorrect by Monday 5pm January 14th.

Re: U12 Football - many thanks to Clubs who have supplied their self-grading feedback

"As CCC1 have no competitive games until the U12 age group and as all U12 teams are individual single teams ( no groupings) , CCC1 needs to grade 120 Football teams.

Similar to recent years to facilitate U12 Football gradings, Clubs are asked to review the attached file and help CCC1 by self-grading their U12 teams for the initial five U12 Football Blitz games.

Please return this information by Thursday January 10th (please note only self-grading feedback VIA your Juvenile Secretary will be accepted by CCC1)." - this file already with your Juvenile Secretary.

CCC1 hope to issue proposed U12 Football gradings on Sunday January 13th.

All CCC1 Football gradings covering the U8 to U12 age groups will be discussed at a CCC1 County Delegate meeting on Tuesday January 15th in Parnell Park at 8pm.

CCC2 update:

Clubs are reminded that at tonights CCC2 County Delegates in Parnell Park at 8pm to confirm Football gradings for the 2019 U13, U14, U15 & U16 age groups , as in previous years , CCC2 ask the lead mentor for incoming U13 Football teams to be represented at the meeting in order to understand how CCC2 operates in contrast to CCC1 responsible for U8 to U12 competitions.

2019 Hurling Entries:

A reminder that 2019 Juvenile  Hurling Entry Form should be returned to secretarybng.dublin@gaa.ie by Wednesday January 23rd ( I will only accept entries from a Juvenile Secretary and yourentry should cover the full hurling age group range of Under 8 to Under 16).
