In Championships A to E, the top two teams in each group qualify for the knockout stages of the A1 / B1/ C1/D1 or E1 Championships. The bottom two teams in each group will take part in the A2 /B2/C2/ D2 or E2 championships.
In the F and G Championships the top teams in each group playoff in a final.
