The schedule for the 2026 O'Byrne Cup & Shield and the 2026 Walsh Cup & Shield have been confirmed by Leinster GAA.
Dublin's footballers will meet Laois in Round 1 of the O'Byrne Cup on Saturday, January 3rd at a Laois venue.
The winners of that game will progress to the O'Byrne Cup Semi Finals, while the defeated team will compete in the O'Byrne Shield Semi Finals.

Dublin's Hurlers will begin their 2026 with a Walsh Cup Round 1 clash against Carlow on Sunday, 4th January at a Carlow venue.
The winners of that game will progress to the Walsh Cup Quarter Final against either Laois or Wexford, while the defeated team will progress to the Walsh Shield Quarter Final.
