AIB Leinster Club Championship – Fixture update!

The AIB Leinster senior provincial championship commences this coming Sunday October 19th with the preliminary round meeting of Kilmacud Crokes and Longford Slashers at Páirc De Burca, Stillorgan at 2pm.

Kilmacud Crokes picked up their fourth Dublin SFC title in a row back on October 3rd with a polished team performance versus a hotly fancied St Sylvesters outfit. With their Dublin crown secured Crokes will now put their provincial crown on the line against Longford Slashers who picked up their seventh senior county title in a row following a convincing 5-15 to 0-14 victory over Clonguish last Saturday.

The winner of this preliminary round contest with play Laois champions Portlaoise in the senior championship quarter final on October 26th.

Dublin Junior champions Raheny had an emphatic win over Milltownpass of Westmeath last Saturday to set up this weekend’s Junior championship quarter final clash with Longford champions, Dromard.

This game is taking place on Saturday October 18th at DCU St Clares (Glasnevin Road) with a 2pm throw in time.

Adults are €10, OAP/Student €5, those under 16 are free and do not require a ticket.
