Cuala tops in Dublin Bus/Herald Dubs Stars hurling awards

Cuala lead the way in the Dublin Bus/Herald Dubs Stars hurling selection.

Six representatives from the county champions are honoured along with two replacements.

Seán Brennan, Cian O’Callaghan, who is joined by younger brother Con, Seán Moran, Jake Malone and David Treacy are all named in the starting 15 along with subs Paul Schutte and Darragh O’Connell.

Beaten finalists have Niall Corcoran, Ross O’Carroll and Fergal Whitely in the first 15 with Oisín O’Rorke in the replacements list.

The Dubs Stars games will be hosted by St Vincent's on Saturday, December 23 - football 12.30 followed by hurling at 2pm.

Before then Cuala face Offaly's Kilcormac/Killoughey this Sunday (O'Moore Park, Portlaoise, 2.0) as they bid to retain the Leinster Club SHC title.
