Dublin vs Leitrim (Live TG4 YouTube Channel)

Dublin remain unchanged.

Dublin have kept faith with the same starting line-up which began against Waterford for this Saturday’s key championship encounter with Leitrim at Parnell Park.

Leinster champions Dublin showed great resolve to come away from Dungarvan last Sunday with a hard-earned draw following a tenacious battle with the home side. Kate Sullivan struck Dublin’s match equalising point just seconds ahead of the final hooter.

While Dublin will have to manage a six-day turnaround between fixtures the same cannot be said of Leitrim. Reigning Intermediate All Ireland champions Leitrim travel to Parnell Park on Saturday having last had an competitive outing six weeks ago.

On May 3rd last, Leitrim suffered a 2-22 to 0-05 defeat at the hands of a rampaging Galway side. The previous weekend in their opening Connacht senior championship fixture Leitrim had competed strongly with Mayo and where deemed unlucky by many not to have registered a famous victory. FT Mayo 2-11 Leitrim 1-11.

Connacht official Gerard Canny from Mayo who took charge of the 2024 TG4 Junior All Ireland final is the man in the middle for this unique Dublin vs Leitrim encounter.

Tickets for the game can be purchased from www.universe.com Supporters unable to make the trip to Donnycarney can watch all the action live on TG4’s YouTube channel.
