TG4 All Ireland Series Update

The four groups in the 2025 TG4 All-Ireland Championship series are beginning to take shape with senior provincial finals in Connacht and Munster still to be played.

Defending All Ireland champions Kerry will play Waterford in the Munster final on Sunday May 25th while Galway and Mayo will meet in the Connacht provincial decider the same weekend.

Following on from their victory in the Leinster final last Sunday Dublin are placed in group 4 alongside Leitrim who are deemed the third ranked team in Connacht. The runner up from the Munster final which will be either Kerry or Waterford will join Dublin and Leitrim in this pool.

The Munster winners will go to group 2. The winner of the Connacht final will join Donegal and Tipperary in group 1 with the Connacht runner up bound for group 2.

Two teams will progress from each of the Senior groups to determine the quarterfinalists. Home advantage for the quarterfinals will be granted to the teams that finish on top of their respective groups.

A draw will take place following the conclusion of the group stages in the Senior Championship to determine the pairings for the All-Ireland quarter finals.
