Kehoe points way to victory for senior camogie side

DUBLIN 0-15 MEATH 0-10

An improved second half showing saw Dublin's senior camogie side record a five-point victory over the Royals in their Littlewoods National League round 3 clash at Trim on Sunday.

The opening half was an evenly balanced contest with the freetaking of Dublin's Siobhan Kehoe and Meath's Aoife Maguire dominating.

By the break Dublin had edged into a 0-7 to 0-6 lead thanks to points from Kehoe, Grace O'Shea, Emma Flanagan and Orla Began.

The second half though saw Dublin exert more control with and excellent point from Hannah Hegarty lifting her side.

With ten minutes to go Eimear McCarthy extended Dublin's lead and with Siobhan Keho and Faye McCarthy successful from deadball Dublin recorded a good victory.
