Leinster U20 & Minor Championship Fixtures 2026

Fixtures have been announced for the 2026 Leinster U20 & Minor Football & Hurling Championships.

U20 FOOTBALL:

Our U20 Footballers will compete in Group 1 of the Leinster Championship, taking on Wexford away in Round 1 on Wed 25th March.

Round 2 sees Dublin host Louth on Wed April 1st, before a Round 3 trip to take on Westmeath on Wed, 8th April.

The second placed team in Group 1 qualifies for the quarter finals on Wed 15th April, while the Group 1 winners qualify directly for the semi-finals on Wed, 22nd April.

The Leinster Final is scheduled for Wednesday, 29th April.

U20 HURLING:

Our U20 Hurlers will compete in Tier 1 of the 2026 Leinster Championship. 

Dublin will open their campaign against a qualifier from Phase 1 of the Championship- one of Carlow, Kerry, Kildare, Meath, an Ulster team and Westmeath- on either Thursday 2nd or Saturday 4th April.

In Round 2, Dublin will meet Laois on the weekend of 11th April, before a Round 3 clash with Offaly on Wednesday, 22nd April.

All venues are TBC.

The second & third placed teams qualify for the quarter-finals on Monday, 4th May, with the group winners qualifying directly for the semi-finals on Wednesday, 13th May.

The final is due to take place on Wednesday, 20th May.

MINOR FOOTBALL:

Our Minor Footballers will compete in Group 2 of the Leinster Championship, alongside Longford, Offaly and Westmeath.

Dublin will play Offaly in Round 1 on Tuesday, 24th March at home, before an away trip to face Westmeath on Tuesday, 31st March.

Dublin are then away to Longford in Round 3 on Tuesday, 14th April.

The third placed team in Group 2 qualifies for the Preliminary Quarter Finals, which take place on Tuesday, 21st April.

The second placed team in Group 2 proceeds to the Quarter Finals, which take place on April 28th.

The Group 2 winners qualify directly to the Semi Finals, which will take place on Tuesday, 5th May, with the Final on Friday, 22nd May.

MINOR HURLING:

Our Minor Hurlers will compete in Tier 1 of the 2026 Leinster Championship.

They will face Wexford in Round 1 on Saturday, 18th April.

Round 2 will see Dublin take on a qualifier from Phase 1 of the Championship- one of Antrim, Carlow, Derry/ Down, Laois, Kerry, Kildare, Meath, Offaly, Wicklow or Westmeath- on Saturday, 25th April.

And Dublin will meet Galway in Round 3 on Saturday, 2nd May.

All venues are TBC.

The top two teams in each group will qualify for the semi-finals, which will take place on Saturday, 9th May, with the final scheduled for Saturday, 16th May.
