REFEREE DEVELOPMENT 2026

Preparations for the new club season are currently underway. One key element of our planning process for 2026 is the recruitment of new referees combined with the ongoing upskilling and training for all of our active club officials.

Owning to the ongoing growth of our game at club level Dublin LGFA actively requires more referees to cover our extensive fixture programme both at juvenile and adult levels.

This coming January, Dublin LGFA will be organising a number of referee courses. In accordance with guidelines set down in the LGFA official guide all referees are required to do an annual rules refresher course.

Rules refresher courses are also suitable for officials coming from a GAA or Camogie background who now wish to get involved in officiating LGFA football fixtures.

Check out the details below of the referee courses coming up in January. Should you have any questions please contact Stephen by email CCCDublinlgfa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp 0879455119
