ROUND UP – PTSB Senior Championship 2026 RD 2

In group A of the PTSB Senior Championship Kilmacud Crokes, Na Fianna and Clontarf maintained their unbeaten record which each team claiming their second championship win of the series.

Na Fianna under new manager Dave Ryan overcame Cuala on the score line of 2-13 (19) to 3-06 (15). Reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes had a ten-point victory over O’Dwyers while Clontarf had a comprehensive win over Fingallians.

In group B, last year’s runners up St Sylvesters who are under the stewardship of Peter Clarke this season registered a six-point victory over Thomas Davis in their opening game of the championship.

Elsewhere, Ballyboden St Endas hit top form against Pobal Parnell having drawn with Castleknock last week in round one. The Firhouse side were convincing winners over last year’s Intermediate champions, twenty points the winning margin between the two sides at the final whistle.

PTSB SFC Group A:

Na Fianna 2-13, Cuala 3-6; Kilmacud Crokes 1-17, O’Dwyers 1-7; Clontarf 7-17, Fingallians 1-8.

PTSB SFC Group B:

Thomas Davis 3-8, St Sylvesters 4-11; Ballyboden St Endas 1-21, Pobal Parnell A 0-4.

In the PTSB Intermediate championship there where victories for Raheny, St Judes, St Brigid’s and Clann Mhuire.

PTSB IFC Group A:

Raheny 2-9, Scoil Ui Chonaill 0-9; St Judes 5-8, Foxrock Cabinteely 4-9.

PTSB IFC Group B:

St Brigids 3-14, Templeogue Synge Street 1-8; Clann Mhuire 5-13, Ballinteer St Johns 4-9.

Meanwhile in the PTSB Junior A championship, Skerries Harps and St Vincent’s came out in top of their encounters while Ballyboden St Endas and Erins Isle both enjoyed victories in Group B.

PTSB JFC A Group A:

Kilmacud Crokes B 1-7, Skerries Harps 2-11; Man O War 1-3, St Vincents A 7-13.

PTSB JFC A Group B:

Clanna Gael/Fontenoy 1-11, Ballyboden St Endas B 3-9; Erins Isle 2-12, Naomh Olaf 0-16.
