Oisín O’Rorke got the only goal of the game as Dublin defeated the Dubs Stars by 15 points in Saturday’s Dublin Bus/Herald Dubs Stars hurling challenge at Páirc Barróg, Kilbarrack.
The Kilmacud Crokes man rattled the net in the 12th minute following good work by Glenn Whelan.
With Davy Keogh and Daire Gray impressing for Mattie Kenny’s men they led 1-9 to 0-5 at half-time.
Dublin goaled again ten minutes into the second-half but Billy Ryan’s effort was brilliantly saved by Dare De Poire.
