In Go-Ahead Ireland AFL2, St Vincent’s continue to impress as they scored goals at crucial times on their way to a marginal 3-12 to 2-14 victory against Raheny at Páirc Naomh Uinsionn.

A trio of TJ Tighe scores and a two-pointed effort by Jamie Sammon saw the visitors enter the break with a narrow lead and their trip home to Coolock was a happy one courtesy of second-half points from Tighe, Adam Doyle, Carl Sammon, Cillian Hunt and Harry Gardner.

At Collins Avenue, Whitehall Colmcille finally registered their first win of the campaign as they got the better of Fingallians by 5-22 to 1-20.
