Pobal Parnell vs St Maurs

Our Intermediate finalists Pobal Parnell and St Maurs have equally been in impressive form throughout their championship campaigns. Both teams topped their groups and dominated their respective semi-finals in order to qualify for the 2025 decider.

The similarities don’t stop there. Both clubs compete in division one of the adult football league having both previously competed at senior championship level before. There is no doubt that either side are well capable of making an impact at senior grade again next season.

Match referee, Finbarr Shanahan from St Margarets will take charge of this eagerly awaited contest. At stake is a place in the AIB Leinster Intermediate club championship plus a return to topflight championship football in 2026.
