Ger Brennan has made seven changes to his side from the defeat to Mayo a fortnight ago.
Ross McGarry, Alex Gavin, Ciarán Kilkenny, Charlie McMorrow, Seán Bugler, Con O’Callaghan and Lorcan O’Dell all come into the starting XV.
They replace Seán MacMahon, Conor Tyrrell, Cian O’Connor, Ethan Dunne, Jack Lundy, Killian McGinnis and Cormac Costello.
The game forms part of a double header with the Division 2 clash between Meath and Louth (5pm).
If you can’t make it to Croke Park, the Dublin v Monaghan game will also be shown live on TG4.
