Go Ahead Ireland Senior Club Championship Final

Parnell Park (Live Stream).
Kilmacud Crokes vs St Sylvesters.
Team managers Paddy O’Donoghue (Kilmacud Crokes) and Dave Ryan (St Sylvesters) have both named an unchanged starting fifteen for this Fridays senior championship final. Each manager has kept faith with the same line up that began their respective semi-finals versus Thomas Davis and Clontarf.
Kilmacud Crokes full forward line of Amy Conroy, Michelle Davoren and team captain Éabha Rutledge accounted for 2-07 of Crokes overall tally of 2-18 against Thomas Davis. Former Cork star Niamh Cotter chipped in with 6 points, four of whom came from frees.
It is well known that St Sylvesters like to set up defensively. Their system will aim to thwart the scoring power of the Crokes forwards. But to win games you have to outscore your opponent.
St Sylvesters have amongst their ranks some of the top scoring forwards in the game. The partnership of Kate Sullivan and Sinéad Aherne has given many defenders a torrid time over the years. Who Kilmacud Crokes appoint to marshal Sullivan and Aherne will have a key influence on the result of the game.
Will the Michael Murphy memorial trophy remain in Stillorgan for a fourth year in a row or will the cup be heading to Malahide for a historic first time. Only time will tell!
Ian Howley (O’Dwyers) will be the man in charge of this highly anticipated final. Throw in time at Parnell Park will be 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale from www.universe.com or by clicking on this link https://bit.ly/480Z3Bk
