The Dublin Minor Football Team is joint-managed by Jason Sherlock & Ger Gleeson, with selectors Wally Durkan, Paul Griffin & Brendan O'Brien and coaching from David Henry.
The lads got their Leinster campaign off to a convincing start, with a strong win over Louth in the first round at home in Parnell Park (Match Report). Unfortunately it was a narrow defeat to Meath for the lads in the 2nd round, with just 2 points separating the teams at the final whistle (Match Report). Our Minor Footballers beat Offaly away by 7 points in the 3rd round (Match Report) in a crucial fixture with keeps them in contention to qualify for the next round. A poor performance for the team against Wicklow in the 4th round saw Dublin lose by 4 points (Match Report), meaning their final encounter at the group stage against Westmeath (3rd July, Cusack Park) is vital if they wish to qualify for the next round.
